How much does MoneyBox cost?
MoneyBox costs €30 and is a leased software product. The normal lease is for one year's use. During the lease period you will receive full product support.
What happens once my year is up?
You will not be able to add futher transactions until you have requested a fresh PIN. This you can do from within MoneyBox and it will last for 1 year. Even if you decide not to renew your PIN you will have full read only access to all the data you have already entered.
If I change email addresses during the year, How will I be informed that my product has expired?
The notification comes from within your copy of the MoneyBox program - not from the website.
Installation
Can I run MoneyBox on my Apple / Linux computer?
Only in Windows compatibilty mode.
I didn't receive the email with my activation pin, what shall I do?
When you purchase a PIN, our PayPal account gets credited and we receive an email with your address and email address. Very occasionally emails don't get delivered. Just send a separate email to moneybox@moneybox.ai and we will check that your payment was received and send out the PIN right away.
Can I convert data from my existing accounting software into Moneybox?
Yes you can. It's easy to migrate data into your MoneyBox software. In fact, for software such as Quicken® it can be done automatically.
I live outside of the UK, can I still download MoneyBox?
Yes, Money box is a global accounting product, with over 100,000 users in 50 different countries.
Safety
Will my financial data be safe?
Absolutely. All data inputted into MoneyBox is stored on your local machine and can only be accessed by you.
My MoneyBox software keeps crashing, what can I do?
MoneyBox is a very stable product with automatic data backup and recovery built in. If your data does get corrupted by external sources, just contact us. We have not yet failed to recover data for our users.
